My family and I had a rewarding experience at Akena during our vacation. As a wildlife conservationist, I appreciate places that cater to families, and Akena certainly does just that. The satellite programming kept the kids entertained during our downtime, while we enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants for family meals. The comfortable rooms, combined with the hotel's proximity to the city center, made our stay efficient and enjoyable. It was fantastic to have ample free parking, especially when traveling with family. What stood out for us was the easy access to both local attractions and peaceful spots for our kids to relax. Akena served as an excellent base for our family getaway where we could balance exploration with comfort. I'd recommend Akena for families looking for a welcoming atmosphere while traveling in Nairobi.
